When to send out release for review

Hi I’m a new member joined today. I have a new album due for release June 2022. I have 3 singles planned each month leading up to the release of full album in June. So this is all new to me hence joining up.

Can someone please give me some advice on - when do you send out the album for review by magazines and online magazines? So quotes can be added to the artwork for the coming single releases? Or maybe it’s just added for the album release promotion only?

Is the full album sent out early, like before 1st single drops early April?? - but let them know the full album isn’t going live till June 2022?

As you can probably guess from the above, I have no idea and welcome any feed back.

That sounds awesome - great plan on breaking down your singles. What I would do is build relationships with publications with the singles and start collating quotes etc so you have this all ready to go for when you’re building up the album. The long term game rather than the short term panic. So focus on utilising the three singles to build the momentum - you can mention every time when the full album is dropping and then three weeks prior to album release start pushing specifically about that.
