So, in the spirit of experimenting a little bit with each release, we’re going to (hopefully!) run some ads on Spotify for our upcoming release. We’d appreciate any feedback. Should we try to get it down to a 15s version?

I quite like the “family band from different families” line - it’s quirky and suggests the band personality. However, if I saw this ad with the sound off, I’d have no idea what kind of music you make.

Are you planning on running the picture with the music underneath? If you use Canva, you can create this into a moving graphic ad which would be more attention grabbing for sure

Who are you using to run the Spotify ads?
I like the audio. The humour feels organic and works with the song

Oh that’s an idea. I’m guessing a video ad is more expensive though, so I thought I would do just a picture + audio, since the audio is the key element.
Hey, I was hoping to use my own account, but may be having some issues setting it up. It wants me to add a business number. Are there services that will run the ad for you?
That’s a good point. I could squeeze our genre in there somewhere. Although running the ads on Spotify, I would assume that the audio would be on.
I know show.co have been allowing people to run Spotify ads campaigns for quite a while and you don’t need big budgets to get started.
I’m not sure if you have to be a cdbaby customer or not though
