Hey everyone, I’ve been having an issue with my instagram account in which video posts stop working. The thumbnail still shows and only sometimes does the play icon show up, but even if it does no video or audio will play. I do have a couple of posts on instagram tv and reels that are unaffected/still work, but this is frustrating to say the least especially with there being no dedicated support team for instagram. I was thinking that I was being limited to 5 working posts at one point because it seemed that as soon as I made a new post the next oldest one would quit working, but it looks like my most recent post has stopped working now. I’ve tried asking in the instagram or music marketing subreddits, but haven’t gotten an answer there so I’m hoping someone can help me here.

I would ideally like to keep my username as it matches all my other socials, but if all else fails I guess I can create a new account and switch the usernames being that I’m still sub-100 followers and it wouldn’t be a catastrophic loss having to start again (I’d at least have several weeks worth of content pre-made). I’d greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me!
